Furmint, the grapes behind Tokaj’s legendary dessert wines, are crafted into a dry expression with rich fruit and a generous body reminiscent of Viognier. Sourced from the volcanic soils of Tokaj and vinified in stainless steel, this wine offers vibrant notes of peach, apricot, and pear. Composed of 85% Furmint, this wine is complemented by a blend of Sárgamuskotály, Hárslevelű, and Kabar for added complexity and depth.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested, carefully selected, and fully ripened grapes are brought to the cellar in small 25-kg cases. The grapes are then gently pressed using a pneumatic press, and after settling, the must is transferred to a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for fermentation. The wine is then matured to enhance its complexity and depth.
