Vinification: Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled tanks with 50% destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 25°C, daily pump-overs, and a 20-day maceration. Ageing: 12 to 18 months, with 2/3 in oak casks and 1/3 in oak barrels (second-fill).
