Vacqueyras Blanc “Sélection Parcellaire” is a refined blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Clairette. The composition changes slightly each vintage, shaped by the unique conditions of the harvest. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks before being completed in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 9 to 12 months in new oak, enhancing its complexity and texture.
