Côte de Nuits – Village
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Soil: Clay-limestone (sols argilo-calcaires)
Vine Age: 25 years
Yields: 40 hl/ha
Harvest: Hand-picked
Vinification & Ageing
The wine undergoes a 15-day fermentation, with 80% of the grapes destemmed to balance structure and finesse. The entire cuvée is then aged for 14 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, adding subtle complexity and integration.
Tasting Notes
Deep color with a firm tannic backbone and vibrant acidity. The nose reveals classic Pinot Noir notes of wild red fruits—cherry and blackcurrant—alongside more rustic, animal nuances typical of the Côte de Nuits style. A structured and expressive village wine with depth and typicity.
