The 2018 vintage was exceptional in Burgundy, the reds show intensity and complexity with great balance and a good aging potential. The grapes are hand-harvested, 80% of the bunches are kept whole and fermentation takes 15 days to complete.
Aged in French oak barrels for 14 month with 20 % new barrels.
