Priorat Anjoli is named in honor of the daughter of one of the partners behind the Ardèvol project. This red blend is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Coma d’en Romeu vineyard, and 50% Grenache from the El Menescal site. Fermentation takes place in open vats, followed by 12 months of aging in 225-liter seasoned Allier oak barrels. The wine displays a vibrant ruby hue, offering layered aromas of dark berries and subtle smokiness. On the palate, it’s lively and juicy, framed by fine, grainy tannins and a remarkably long, expressive finish. An ideal match for braised dishes, southwestern fare, or smoky barbecue.
