Arios Viosinho ‘Aguafuerte’

Description

Viosinho is one of the many hidden treasures native to Portugal. Early written history dates back to 1822 under the name Véozinho Verdeal, today is commonly known as Viosinho and locally referred to as the “Portuguese Sauvignon Blanc”.

Picked at optimum ripeness, the grapes are pressed at low temperatures, the must is then clarified and fermented at low temperature between 12 and 14º Centigrade. The wine is filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.
