Winemaking Process:
Pressing: Slow, cold pneumatic pressing to gently extract juice.
Settling & Aging: Juice is settled and aged for 9 months in a combination of oak barrels, tanks, and stainless steel tanks, all on lees with regular bâtonnage to enhance richness and texture.
