Syrah for fruit and spices delicately vinified and blended with Grenache for roundness, a dash of Mourvèdre giving structure and the refreshing minty touch from the terroir of La Clape appellation. A tasty, smooth and balanced wine to enjoy without complexes !

Harvest – Two-months-long picking according to maturity of each variety. Grapes are hand-selected.
Vinification – Total de-stemming, juice is gravity-fed into vats, traditional temperature-controlled fermentation. Long maceration (30 days) with no trituration so as to extract only the finest elements.
Ageing – Development of complexity and natural stabilisation in vats during 18 months. Static clarification by gravity, no fining nor filtrating.
