Cassis, dark cherries, blackberries and baking spices on the nose. Medium body with fine, firm tannins. Structured, yet it remains balanced with plenty of fruit character on the center-palate and a velvety texture. Flavorful, spicy finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. – James Suckling
The grapes are completely destemmed before they are gently pressed and the must is fermented. Long skin maceration of approximately 20 days.
