Château Salettes Bandol Blanc

Description

This wine originates from carefully managed terraced farms, where south-facing plots with clay-limestone soil provide the ideal environment for organic cultivation. The grapes undergo direct pressing after a brief maceration, preserving their delicate flavors. Following cold settling, the wine is fermented in thermo-regulated tanks, with some of it undergoing fermentation in barrels. The wine is then aged on the lees for four months with regular stirring, enhancing its richness and complexity. Finally, it is bottled at the Château, capturing the essence of its terroir and meticulous craftsmanship.
