Château Salettes Bandol Rouge

Description

This wine is cultivated on terraced farms, where south-facing plots with clay-limestone soil provide an ideal vine environment. Certified organic by Ecocert since 2018, the grapes are carefully handled to ensure the highest quality. The wine is crafted through pellicular maceration in vats, followed by direct pressing of Grenache grapes, with a touch of Mourvèdre added to complete the blend. After cold settling, the alcoholic fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated stainless steel and concrete vats. The wine is bottled at the Château, preserving its distinct character and refined taste.

Grape varieties: Mourvèdre 80%, Grenache 15%, Syrah 5%
