Château Salettes Haut Salettes Blanc

Description

This wine is crafted from grapes grown in marl-silt soil, using organic farming practices that honor the natural environment. After harvest, the grapes undergo a brief maceration, allowing their aromatic intensity to fully develop before being pressed. The fermentation process is followed by maceration in both barrels and concrete vats, where the lees are regularly stirred, contributing to a rich, full-rounded flavor. With minimal sulfites added, the wine retains its purity and character and is carefully bottled at the Château to preserve its unique essence.
