This exceptional Cabernet Franc is hand-harvested, then gently destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, preserving the grape’s true character. A portion of the wine is aged on its lees in oak, adding depth and complexity before the final blend and bottling.
The result is a rich, velvety wine with vibrant ripeness and none of the green notes often associated with the variety. A benchmark expression of Cabernet Franc from its Loire Valley homeland.
