Domaine Rolly Gassmann’s Muscat is an aromatic Muscat d’Alsace made from Muscat Ottonel and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, grown around the limestone-rich slopes of Rorschwihr. True to the estate’s late-picking philosophy, it is typically made in an off-dry to clearly medium-sweet style (critics note around 50 g/L residual sugar), with intense grapey, floral aromas and notes of candied citrus and honey, balanced by fresh acidity. The result is a richly textured, varietally expressive Muscat that works both as an aromatic aperitif and alongside fruit-based desserts or lightly spiced dishes.
