Pale yellow. Very delicate and rather slender Pinot Gris with delicate notes of apple, some apricot and a hint of fresh almonds. This is accompanied by spicy and slightly sweetish notes reminiscent of nutmeg and very slightly of caramelized
crème brulée. Soft in the mouth with noticeable but mild acidity and a distinctly dry, not overly heavy character. Delicate apple notes and slightly spicy tart notes are present on the palate, which linger long into the finish.
