Karl Schaefer Riesling Gerümpel

Description

The Gerümpel, with its calcareous, loamy and loessy soils and the nearby cold air corridor, produces light, somewhat green wines with not too dominant acidity, which are usually more convincing for their inner values than for their great fragrance.

Recommended with fish or white meat with Mediterranean herbs and concentrated salty sauces or Moroccan roasted chicken with salt lemons.
