The limestone terroir of the Spielberg presents itself with very dense, warm aromas of juicy peach, exotic mango and a little pineapple. These are joined by a touch of chalk and spicy meadow herbs with a hint of chamomile and candy.
In the mouth, an exciting blend of creamy richness and mineral, slightly salty density with a concise but very well-integrated
acidity. The gripping mouthfeel is determined by minerality and slight astringency. Slightly chalky fruit and delicate extract
sweetness on the palate, which reinforces the classic Riesling notes of peach and lemon.
