Pale yellow. Pithy aroma, concentrated and still somewhat closed. Mirabelle plums, tart pears and just ripe peaches on the nose. Spicy notes of tea and fresh meadow herbs. Intense and concentrated on the palate with a distinctly dry character and noticeable, slightly green acidity. Very spicy on the palate with subtle yellow fruit and plenty of mineral pressure on the finish.
