Vineyard & Winemaking Details
The vineyards are located in Villanueva de Huerva, south of Zaragoza and east of the village of Cariñena, within the heart of the Cariñena DO.
Harvesting: Grapes are picked at optimum ripeness to ensure the ideal balance of sugar, acidity, and fruit expression.
Fermentation: The fruit is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the purity and vibrancy of the Grenache.
Aging: The wine is aged for four months in foudres (large wooden vats), adding subtle structure and depth while preserving the varietal’s freshness.
Bottling: It is bottled young to highlight Grenache’s signature fresh, fruity profile, offering a lively and expressive drinking experience.
