Sacchetto Asolo Prosecco DOCG Brut

Description

In the winemaking process, the must is obtained through stalkless pressing, followed by maceration of the marc at a controlled temperature. After pressing, the must undergoes fermentation with the help of selected yeasts. The wine is then aged in temperature-controlled steel containers to maintain its freshness and purity. Following this, it is refined in the bottle, allowing its flavors to further develop and integrate. The wine can be preserved for 14 to 18 months, depending on the temperature and brightness of the storage environment, ensuring it remains at its best until enjoyed.
