VINEYARD: Ungrafted bush vines planted in the 1950’s are used to produce this range of Fairtrade wines. Bush vines on sandy and loam soils. The vineyards are managed to produce yields below 5 tons per hectare.
Fermented for eight days at 24° Centigrade, the wine is then matured in 225 liters French oak barrels for fourteen months.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 45% Grenache, 45% Shiraz, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Tannat.
