Grape Varieties: 60 %Garnacha Tinta, 30 % Syrah, 10% Tintorera
The grapes for this wine are sourced from select vineyards situated at 600 meters (2000 ft) above sea level, where the free-draining calcareous, clay, and chalky rocky soils, rich with stones (canto rodado), impart unique character to the wine. Fermentation occurred in concrete vats, and the wine was left to mature on its fine lees for 12 months, further enhancing its complexity and texture. With a limited production of approximately 10,000 bottles, this wine offers a rare and distinctive expression of its high-altitude terroir.
