This limited-production wine, with only 2,500 bottles made, is crafted from 100% Cariñena grapes sourced from two estate vineyards located at high altitudes of over 800 meters. The vines thrive in clay stoney soils, known as Canto Rodado y Cascajo, which impart unique mineral qualities to the wine. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, with 30% of the wine matured for 12 months in oak, adding depth and complexity to the final product. This careful combination of terroir, altitude, and ageing techniques results in a distinctive and finely balanced expression of Cariñena.
