Description

This wine is made with minimal intervention, allowing nature to take the lead. Fermentation occurred spontaneously with wild yeasts, with 30% whole cluster grapes vinified in stainless steel. No sulphites were added throughout the process. The wine matured for 10 months in a mix of used and new French oak barrels of various sizes (225, 300, 400, and 500 liters). It was bottled unfiltered, with no clarification, activators, additives, or preservatives, making it a natural wine that is also suitable for vegans.
